Each Tracked Target Overlay has a Target Type string field. This value is intended to group similar targets together, so you can more easily enable Runtime Overrides on groups of targets.

How you use it is up to you

This is a intended to be a very flexible feature. How you make use of it is entirely up to you. One example is to have all "Enemy" objects marked as such. Then, when the player enables some skill which lets them see enemies, you can override values accordingly.

This is an optional feature, if you choose not to use it.
