Updating UI (and more) with Blackboard Notes

This tutorial demonstrates how an object can automatically subscribe to the Main Blackboard and listen for notifications. We will update our "Health" (Stat) UI whenever the player health changes.

Once the simple setup is done, everything is automatic.
